The drip is a nice addition. Again, awesome glaze. Is the orange/red of the body of the pot just the effect of ash from the firing on the clay body?

Yes, the body of the pot was unglazed, and the orangey color is just flashing from the flame. Only the spout, fill funnel and inside were glazed, in some basic white (which also was altered by ash.) This was fired on its side on top of another ewer, and the three white spots were from the wadding it rested on. Thus the sideways drip :0)

The other side is seriously crunchy from ashes…
